Compass Account Recovery
If you have forgotten your Compass Account’s username or password, this guide will help you retrieve that information.

On the Login screen, click the “Parent sign in with one-time code” button.

Enter your mobile number OR email address OR username into the appropriate field.
Choose ONE only, do not do all three.
Mobile phone is the easiest method.
This information must be the same information you have provided to us during the enrolment process.

A 6 digit code will be sent to either your phone number or email inbox.
Type this code into the field then press “Verify & Sign in”.

You will then have access to your Compass Portal.
